Vinification In the first half of September, the Mtsvane grapes are picked by hand in the Kondoli vineyards. After de-stemming, they are cooled to 4-6°C and kept on the skin for 8 hours, after which they are gently pressed in a pneumatic press. The fermentation takes place for about 1 month in stainless steel tanks at 14-15°C. After the fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to another tank for further refinement. The wine is bottled in March.
Impression Floral and nose with hints of grapefruit and lemon. Fresh tropical fruit and green apple in the mouth, slightly spicy. Medium body. Drinkable with pleasant acidity and a clean, fresh finish.
